Visual Reporting and Critical Data Analysis
In order to take full advantage of the huge data set captured using the ProSCAN laser a robust reporting suite has been developed. Because the data gathered using the ProSCAN Laser is already digitized it can be correlated directly with Log data saving hours of data entry. This means Pipeline owners and operators can get the information needed quickly and make critical decisions with confidence.
3D Profile View - Because all information can be presented visually it is much easier to view and understand the relationship between features. The section of pipe pictured above has a corrosion profile formed cylindrically around the pipe as a result of a coating holiday. The key on the lower left provides an easy color coding of the depths of all features. VirtualPIPE can present the data in a number of different visual views such as a cross section view used to in the RSTRENG calculations Predicted Failure Path - isolate and analyze true river bottom profile. |
